Job purpose:

The Head of Sales UK & ME is responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned region. This role supports our vision of being the market-leading digital commerce agency by providing new clients with integrated solutions encompassing strategy, customer experience, digital engagement, and technology services aligned with their business goals and customer needs.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and lead high-value opportunities.
  2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Managers focused on growing sales revenue, market share, and customer relationships.
  3. Manage the performance of the sales team, including quota setting, assessments, training, coaching, and mentoring using the company performance management system.
  4. Expand our services within new and existing industries such as Retail, Consumer Goods, and Pharma/HLS based on market assessments.
  5. Collaborate with Practice leadership to create packaged offerings and accelerators aligned with our industry focus, leveraging partner technologies.
  6. Enhance our account-based marketing and sales strategies to generate qualified pipelines independently of partnership channels.
  7. Optimize business outcomes from partnership channels, focusing on Salesforce, Shopify, Adobe, CommerceTools, and other technology partners.
  8. Manage pipeline analysis, revenue forecasting, and contribute to business planning cycles.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing within IT services or e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven success leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and the SI ecosystem.
  • Experience solving complex business challenges with multi-platform solutions.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competition for effective sales strategies.
  • Significant experience selling digital commerce solutions to Mid-to-Enterprise companies at the C-level.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage sales teams.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and data.
  • Ability to create and present market and customer insights to leadership.
