We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead the Semi-Finished Products Team. This key leadership role involves full responsibility for driving sales performance across Brett Martin's Plastic Sheets portfolio in both the UK and international markets. As a commercially focused, hands-on leader, you will guide and motivate the sales team, engage directly with key customers, and manage strategic relationships with distributors and partners.

Qualifications include proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, experience in developing successful sales strategies for physical products, proficiency in CRM systems, and a track record of leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, customer-focused, and has B2B sales leadership experience, preferably within semi-finished sheets manufacturing. Multilingual skills and previous industry experience in plastic sheets are desirable.
