A leading UK print and display graphics company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead a high-performing sales team in a creative environment. The role encompasses setting sales strategies, mentoring team members, and driving growth through strong client relationships while ensuring alignment with production capabilities. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in sales management within the print industry and a proven ability to deliver against targets, offering a competitive salary and OTE.

  • Reporting on team performance, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
