Job description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead the Roofing Products Team. This key leadership role involves full responsibility for driving sales performance across Brett Martin's Plastic Sheets portfolio in both the UK and international markets. As a hands-on, commercially focused leader, you will guide and motivate the sales team and engage directly with key customers. You will also manage strategic relationships with distributors and partners, inspiring high performance, deepening partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities to drive sales growth through innovative, data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement a robust sales strategy for roofing products across all target markets.
  2. Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, and supply partners.
  3. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team with clear performance goals.
  4. Utilize market intelligence and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, production, and commercial teams.
  6. Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring excellent service, retention, and growth.
  7. Work closely with the Head of Sales - Semi-Finished Plastic Sheets to develop unified sales strategies that leverage synergies and maximize market impact.
Essential Criteria:
  • Strong background in sales leadership within construction materials or roofing sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships domestically and internationally.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies for physical products.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and tracking performance.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Desired Criteria:
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Previous industry experience in Roofing Products or Plastic Sheets.
