About The Role

We2re looking for the very best talent to join us at this exciting time in our journey, as we continue to strengthen our market leader position by providing an even better customer experience. We have an exciting new role for a Head of Sales within our specialist power team, with the primary aim of winning and developing revenue streams from large major customers in the energy sector.

Working closely with the Business Development and National Account Management teams to develop and deliver a commercial strategy for our products and solutions to achieve high ROI goals in accordance to the Sunbelt Rentals business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include providing both strategic and tactical leadership and direction to the Regional Sales Team to ensure that sales targets are achieved and exceeded, our technical experts are utilised effectively, and an exceptional customer experience is delivered.

Key success criteria will include:

  • Exceed revenue target and budget expectations by growing sales / improving margins / improving ROI
  • Recruiting and developing an outstanding sales team within their region
  • Working collaboratively across the whole sales organisation in Sunbelt Rentals
  • Increasing the customer base
  • Improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer complaints / queries
  • Reducing customer attrition rates
  • Effectively utilise our planned CRM processes
