We are seeking a hands-on Head of Sales Operations responsible for:
Key objectives include integrating two companies' CRM systems to create a unified view of accounts, data, and opportunities, and generating marketing insights from the combined entity.
This involves collaborating with billing and invoicing partners to ensure efficient order lifecycle management, from creation to invoicing. It also includes managing and coordinating marketing operations, particularly implementing and optimizing Hubspot for marketing automation, ensuring campaigns are driven by accurate data, and enhancing data segmentation and processes.
