THE ROLE:

We are seeking a hands-on Head of Sales Operations responsible for:

  • Operations & Process Management
  • Customer Data & Insights

Key objectives include integrating two companies' CRM systems to create a unified view of accounts, data, and opportunities, and generating marketing insights from the combined entity.

Operations & Process Management

This involves collaborating with billing and invoicing partners to ensure efficient order lifecycle management, from creation to invoicing. It also includes managing and coordinating marketing operations, particularly implementing and optimizing Hubspot for marketing automation, ensuring campaigns are driven by accurate data, and enhancing data segmentation and processes.

Customer Data & Insights

This includes overseeing the CRM system's adoption across sales, marketing, and customer service teams, creating business metrics, KPIs, and leveraging data analytics to inform sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the company's data and CRM strategy across merged entities
  • Support sales and marketing teams in CRM utilization, data selection, and research
  • Collaborate with finance to develop sales forecasting and reporting processes
  • Manage contacts and leads within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy
  • Streamline order and invoice management processes
  • Develop and integrate a full-cycle sales order system
  • Create processes for managing renewals (SWOT analysis)
  • Design and execute CRM campaigns like win-back and reactivation
  • Establish reporting standards and best practices for campaign and funnel analysis
  • Maintain dashboards for sales targets, pipeline, and marketing opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leveraging data and database strategies for business transformation
  • Deep understanding of Hubspot and marketing automation
  • Experience managing teams across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Expertise in data mining, list building, and data management
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement
