Job description

An exciting opportunity to join a global group company with a strong portfolio of reputable brands. Based in their London office, this role will lead the sales operations and customer service functions across European markets. Working closely with planning, finance, and sales teams, the role plays a critical part in optimising systems, processes and service delivery.
Main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the full Order to Cash process including order entry, EDI, invoicing and collections
  • Overseeing customer service operations across key accounts, distributors and self-service partners
  • Managing and developing a pan-European team of customer service professionals
  • Supporting demand planning and sales enablement functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners and consistently high service levels
  • Managing sales data, pricing and trade terms in internal systems
  • Driving system optimisation including NuORDER,for B2B,,EDI and other automated sales tools
  • Leading sales process governance including sample coordination, portal management and GTM planning
  • Overseeing account classification, segmentation and B2B platform support
  • Delivering cross-functional improvement projects to enhance speed, service and accuracy

Person specification:
