Job summary

Clarehill Associates in London is seeking a Sales Manager for Offshore Engineering to lead our UK office and drive strategic growth in the energy sector. The role requires extensive offshore/marine sales experience, a civil/structural/mechanical engineering background (BEng/MEng), and proven leadership with excellent client-facing communication.

You will blend business development with management, build long-term relationships with EPCI and equipment vendors, and guide project teams from capture

Qualifications

• Essential: large-scale civil/structural engineering sales experience in offshore/marine environments.
• Essential civil/structural engineering experience in marine/offshore sectors.
• Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering (BEng/MEng).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client-facing skills.
