We've got an exciting opportunity for a brilliant Head of Marketing & Sales to help us bring more guests through the door and more love to our brand.

You'll lead the charge on all things marketing, digital, brand and events - blending creativity and data to deliver campaigns that drive results and reflect the full Megan's experience: from morning coffees and dog-friendly brunches to evening meals, cocktails and celebrations.

As part of our leadership team; you'll be shaping strategy, growing brand presence, and developing a team that knows how to turn insight & ideas into action. This is a fab role for a marketeer looking to grow in their career.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a senior Marketing role within hospitality or leisure - ideally casual dining or multisite groups.
  • Commercially astute with a deep understanding of how to turn marketing activity into bookings and repeat visits.
  • Confident with hospitality tech platforms including booking systems, CRM, email automation tools and social analytics.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable interpreting data, forecasting, and using insights to influence strategy.
  • A creative thinker with a solid grasp on digital, social, PR and brand-building.
  • A natural leader who builds high-performing, motivated teams.
  • Agile and adaptable, can roll sleeves up and pivot when needed in a fast-paced environment
