Head of Sales - Manufacturing
Location: Nantwich, Cheshire (Hybrid working available)

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving growth within the manufacturing sector? Our client, a well-established and profitable manufacturing business, is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their high-performing commercial team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will spearhead business development initiatives, manage key accounts, and nurture a sales team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the sales team, offering coaching and strategic guidance
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Drive new business acquisition in key sectors aligned with company strategy
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, budget setting, and performance monitoring against KPIs
  • Provide tailored quotations and negotiate pricing to maximize profitability
  • Attend industry exhibitions and customer sites to secure and retain business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery
  • Report regularly on sales performance and contribute to senior leadership discussions
  • Deliver continuous improvement in sales margins and business growth

What You'll Bring:
