Job description

We are currently partnering with one of London's most respected and long-established commercial property firms, which are now entering a major growth phase. With a portfolio focused exclusively on West End office leasing, they are now looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Director - or Partner-level candidate - to continue to expand their Office Leasing division.

This is a senior-level sales and business development role for a proven dealmaker with a strong network in central London. You'll be central to shaping the firm's leasing offer and will have real influence in the direction of the business, with equity potential on offer for the right person.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and secure leasing instructions across the West End (Mayfair, St James's, Belgravia, Soho, and surrounding areas).
  • Act as a lead client contact for both landlords and tenants in negotiating and closing office leasing transactions.
  • Build, manage, and grow a high-performing office leasing team.
  • Lead pitches, win mandates, and grow market share in the West End.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of local office markets and trends to inform strategic decisions and advise clients effectively.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and with key stakeholders.


Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in office leasing and commercial agency sales, ideally in the West End or Central London.
  • 5-10 years' experience in a high-performing leasing role.
  • Experience gained at a recognised commercial agency
  • MRICS is essential- credibility and reputation in the market are most important.
  • Strong client base and ability to bring instructions with you would be a significant advantage.
  • Confident, commercial, and entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.
