Head of Sales & Events - Premium Countryside Pub & Wedding Venue
Location: Cotswolds (Cirencester)
Salary: From £40,000 + Tronc | Flexi Hours | Autonomy & Creativity

Are you a passionate events professional with a flair for creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales & Events to take the lead at one of Cirencester's most celebrated pubs - a premium destination for weddings, private events, and countryside getaways.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading all sales activity across weddings, exclusive hires, and private dining

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of events - from first enquiry to flawless execution

  • Creating bespoke, high-end wedding and event packages that wow

  • Building lasting client relationships and converting enquiries into loyal bookings

  • Proactively growing business through strategic sales and marketing initiatives

  • Working flexibly across the week depending on the event calendar (Tue-Sat typically)
