Qualifications

  • Senior commercial leadership experience within a major multi-brand QSR operator.
  • Proven track record in securing complex, enterprise-level B2B deals with C-Level stakeholders.
  • Strong executive network within QSR groups (COO, VP Operations, Supply Chain Directors).
  • Skilled in running pilots and converting them to multi-brand rollouts.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to build a high-value sales pipeline and deliver on KPIs.
  • Fluent in business English; Polish or Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead European market penetration through top-tier QSR operators, developing tailored value propositions.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and managing pilots to securing multi-brand rollouts.
  • Build and maintain long-term executive relationships to drive ongoing adoption and revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and present compelling ROI cases to senior decision-makers.
  • Develop new distribution channels and report on KPIs directly to HQ.
