About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead business development and commercial strategy within the rapidly evolving clean energy space. This is a senior-level position reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, with a key focus on driving revenue growth across sectors such as Carbon Capture, Hydrogen, Energy from Waste, SAF, Fuel Switching, and Nuclear SMRs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow business in the Energy Transition sector with a focus on immediate, funded projects.
  • Drive business development, account leadership, and solution delivery across CO? Capture, Hydrogen, SAF, and related sectors.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Shape and execute a compelling Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting.
  • Support proposal development, commercial reviews, and contract negotiations.
  • Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador through industry events, networking, and professional forums.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in a similar senior sales role within the Energy or Clean Tech sector.
  • Proven success in selling complex, technical solutions to industrial clients.
  • Strong understanding of automation systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, Variable Speed Drives, Smart Solutions).
  • Demonstrable experience in managing high-value deals and building senior-level client relationships.

Desirable

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience with system integration companies.
