A leading healthcare company in Reading is seeking a Head of Sales to drive the growth strategy and lead teams. The ideal candidate will have strong eCommerce experience, particularly with Amazon, and a background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is advantageous. This hybrid role offers up to £100,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Role
As the Head of Sales you will provide the vision and leadership to motivate, inspire internal teams along with external customers. You will work cross functionally to create and invest for the growth strategy that includes all elements of the customer requirements. You will have a team of direct reports, so a large part of this role will be leading and coaching the team to ensure best in class performance!
eCommerce is at the core of our clients business so someone that understands and has worked with Amazon, and other online retailers is crucial.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in West London HQ.
