  • Building a high-performance coaching cadence across Sales, AM, and CSM functions

  • Getting hands-on with key deals, helping reps craft multi-threaded strategies
  • Partnering with the CEO to create bandwidth for geographic and product expansion
  • Contributing to broader leadership decisions across the business
