Overview

Head of sales up to £80k. Our client is looking for someone to come on board who lives and breathes sales. The role is for a head of sales / sales manager / sales director to join an award-winning, well-established, expanding sales company and help expand the business.

The company has doubled in revenue over the last 2 years and is looking to continue that trend with the help of a well-experienced sales professional.

Responsibilities

• Run a sales team and sales division; manage the whole sales process.
• Work with the sales team and management team to organise targets, KPIs and workload throughout the week.
• Conduct meetings, prepare reports, and deliver training as required.

Qualifications and sector experience

• Very good experience in running a sales team and sales operations.
• Knowledge in relevant sectors would be a big plus.
• Sectors include: Construction, Facilities management, Passive fire, and Sales Company experience.
