Head of Sales & Business Development

Location: Tring, with some travel required, so must be a driver with own car

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm (fully office based no hybrid working)

Salary: £46,500

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to grow engagement.


• Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance fundraising efforts.


• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales, marketing, and business development team.


• Analyse data to derive actionable insights for optimising performance.


• Ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, experience):

• Must have experience within a business development or sales role.


• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic partnerships.


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
