Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming how businesses connect with their customers?An innovative software solutions provider is searching for a dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead their mission to expand market reach, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where youll own the entire growth function from sales and professional services to customer success and play a pivotal part in shaping their go-to-market strategy.

About The Role

As Head of Growth, youll:

  • Define and execute integrated growth strategies, covering lead generation, acquisition, onboarding, expansion, and retention.
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline from prospecting through to close, including outreach, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, spanning Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-first thinking.
  • Drive revenue targets, reporting on KPIs such as new revenue growth, customer acquisition rates, and sales efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify market trends and competitor insights, translating them into compelling value propositions and strategic opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product and Technical teams to align go-to-market plans and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage financial forecasting, resource planning, and billing processes related to recurring revenues and professional services.

About You

  • Deep experience in consultative, solution-based selling, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and articulate tailored solutions.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align growth strategies to broader business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing cross-functional teams for high performance.
  • Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
