I'm partnering with a renowned restaurant group in the North West to find their next Head of Sales & Marketing - a pivotal role that will shape the future of their business.

This is about more than just strategy - it's about driving revenue, enhancing customer experiences, and leading a dynamic team to deliver real results.

The Role:
  1. Lead the sales and marketing strategy, focusing on increasing covers, spend per head, and overall profitability.
  2. Build and implement the annual calendar, packed with creative campaigns and impactful promotions.
  3. Oversee digital presence and CRM systems, ensuring maximum engagement and measurable ROI.
  4. Use market insights and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform high-level decisions.
