The Job People are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales and Marketing

Details of a Head of Sales and Marketing

  • Pay: £70,000 plus depending on experience
  • Based in Walsall,
  • Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
  • Permanent contract
  • This is an office-based role, five days a week

Requirements of a Head of Sales and Marketing

  • Responsible to Lead, Manage and be accountable for the sales and marketing department, including setting goals and objectives, providing training and development, and evaluating performance.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organisational goals including setting sales targets and tracking performance against those targets to increase revenue for the business.
  • Analysing market trends, customer data and competitors offers, to establish accurate and competitive pricing structures to retain customer loyalty.
  • Collaborating with other departments to make informed decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Motivating and directing team of Sales representatives to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners resulting in increased market share and sales revenue.
  • Create and implement best practice sales vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance and drive enhanced revenue generation for the business.
  • Forecasts and drives Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Sales function for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning. Including providing regular evaluations to higher management and other departments to assess overall performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist with and contribute towards overall business strategy.
