We’re looking for a commercially focused and strategic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the next phase of international growth for a fast-evolving medical technology company. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and comes with full responsibility for delivering revenue targets, driving market expansion, and leading a high-performing global team.
The successful candidate will oversee both sales and marketing operations, ensuring a coordinated, data-driven approach to business development and brand positioning. You’ll be responsible for building and executing a global sales and marketing plan, identifying new revenue opportunities, and expanding into untapped markets. A key part of this role includes managing and growing a network of international distributors, ensuring they are aligned, supported, and high-performing.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team across multiple regions, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. As the team grows, you’ll play a hands-on role in recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring—ensuring the department scales in line with business objectives.
Close collaboration with internal teams—particularly Product, Support, and Development—will be essential to identify customer needs, strengthen relationships, and ensure a seamless experience from prospect through to retention. Regular international travel will be expected, largely to attend global industry events and support distributors in-market.
You will also be responsible for reporting on sales and marketing performance, maintaining visibility across revenue pipelines, campaign effectiveness, customer trends, and distributor activity. Insights from this data will inform strategic decisions and ensure alignment with wider company goals.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll need at least 10 years of experience in senior sales or distribution management roles, preferably with global exposure and a proven record of commercial success. A background in healthcare, life sciences, or IVF is a strong advantage, along with experience managing international distribution networks. You should bring strong leadership and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A degree in Business, Biology, or a related field is essential; an MBA and additional language skills are desirable.
