About the role:

A luxury event caterer based in North West London is on the lookout for a smart, driven Head of Event Sales to help grow their already impressive client base. In this full-time role, you’ll lead new business efforts across the worlds of high fashion, corporate events, and private clients—representing a brand known for delivering some of the most stylish and memorable events in the industry.

About you:

You are an experienced and confident sales professional with a background in high-end events, catering, or hospitality.
You bring a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and polished communication to every interaction.

  • Has a minimum of 4 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or event catering sales.

  • Possesses a strong network across sectors such as finance, property, media, and pharmaceuticals.

  • Has a proven track record of securing high-value contracts and long-term partnerships.

  • Is confident and articulate, with excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrates a passion for food, design, and exceptional service.

  • Brings gravitas and professionalism when engaging with senior stakeholders and UHNW clients.

  • Is proactive, commercially minded, and thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.
