We are working with a stunning venue in the Cotswolds who host an array of events from weddings and private parties to corporate meetings and dinners.We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales and Events to join the team, responsible for developing the sales strategy, as well as getting into all the detail and being the point of contact for the client throughout the planning process.
The Role:
Deal with all incoming event enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Create and implement proactive sales strategy to drive new business
Liaise with clients on their event briefs and create bespoke proposals
Upsell where possible to ensure maximum profitability of the event
Negotiate with and manage all external suppliers
Full coordination and end to end management of events
Skills and Experience:
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets from an events background
Experience in a similar role within high-end hospitality
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Customer relationship management
Detail orientated with strong event planning and managment experience
