Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales and Customer Service located in Norwich. The role involves overseeing daily sales through customer/patient service activities, developing sales strategies, managing and leading patient care teams, and ensuring a high level of private patient satisfaction. The role also includes preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business development.

The role would suit a people oriented individual who thrives on connecting with the team and clients and enjoys nurturing more junior staff. You will be leading and up -skilling a team in incoming lead handling via phone, emails and contact forms enquiring about a dermatology service they require. These are warm leads in a high need market so high conversions are expected.

Salary and Benefits

£35-£40K/annum (negotiable for the right candidate)
