We are scaling our business and seeking a Sales and Business Development Professional to build our territory!

This person will report to the Global Director of Business Development and will develop a sales strategy to acquire customers and generate revenue within the large legal market across the UK. The role involves managing work outcomes proactively and collaborating across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth within the UK top 50 legal market.
  • Prospect and cultivate new clients; manage the pipeline and sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, focusing on client account management, retention, and up-selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system accurately.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience selling technical professional services to large law firms and legal departments.
  • Understanding of legal technology business drivers.
  • Strong background in due diligence and deal structuring.
  • Experience developing a sales territory plan.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working with senior organizational leaders (CIO, CFO, Managing Partners).
  • Existing contacts in the legal industry.
