This is an exceptional, hands-on opportunity to shape and execute global sales strategy for a premium fragrance brand, driving commercial growth across B2B, DTC retail, and international partnerships while championing purpose-led business practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with brand’s commercial and distribution goals
  • Drive revenue growth through market expansion and high-potential account management
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Manage key B2B partnerships and luxury retailer relationships
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management across all channels
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaigns, launches, and commercial initiatives
  • Support ethical sales principles and B Corp certification process
