The role involves developing a regional sales strategy, managing a motivated sales team, and ensuring effective sales processes. We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join the Midlands region.
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective regional sales strategy, managing Business Development Managers & Internal Sales Managers, ensuring robust and consistent sales processes, and leading a motivated sales team focused on delivering maximum revenue.
This role requires an experienced sales leader who can demonstrate passion, confidence, credibility, and focus in leading their teams.
You need proven success in managing regional sales teams, experience in influencing and building relationships with senior management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate strategic vision into action.
