Location: Office-based, with travel across East Anglia

Are you a technically minded sales leader ready to take the next step? We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead a team of four talented Sales Managers within our dynamic B2B environment.

Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive growth, enhance customer relationships, and optimise sales performance across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of four Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Oversee daily B2B sales operations, ensuring exceptional service and strong client retention
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, operational, and customer support teams to resolve issues and deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Analyse performance metrics, prepare monthly sales reports, and present actionable insights to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Continuously refine sales systems, processes, and strategy to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Develop and implement effective cross-selling, up-selling, and lead-generation initiatives
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing B2B sales teams
  • A strong technical sales background — ideally someone who began in a technical or engineering role before moving into sales leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all levels
