The opportunity:

Join a small but growing sales team with ambitious plans for the year, as this already highly successful business continues its growth trajectory.

Work closely with the CRO to develop the revenue strategy, focusing on optimizing inbound lead conversion and building an outbound sales approach to exceed growth targets!

Lead a team of 3, mentor, motivate, and drive performance as you build your sales leadership career!

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into sales leadership within a rapidly expanding business. You’ll work closely with a CRO who has experience with some of the most recognizable tech brands globally!

Who fits this role:

  • Experience and a proven track record in SaaS sales, personally delivering new business sales quotas.
  • Prior experience in team management, leadership, coaching, or mentorship.
  • Self-motivated and eager to make a difference. We want someone proactive with ideas and solutions!
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into action.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-focused mindset.
  • Experience within InfoSec, RegTech, Compliance-Tech, or GRC solutions.

The package:

  • £85,000 basic salary with a £45k bonus (uncapped) OTE
  • Fully remote working options with multiple offices across the South
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced pension contributions
