About the Role:

Your mission: drive growth by identifying and nurturing high-value opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and leveraging Ted Tech for powerful, data-driven insights. You’ll champion our brand, telling the Ted Story across industries and platforms, positioning us as the undisputed leader in workforce solutions.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, establishing Ted Experience as the go-to partner for workforce deployment.
- Forge strong ties with procurement teams and decision-makers to stay ahead of upcoming tenders, ensuring Ted is top of mind for RFIs, RFPs, and rosters.
- Cultivate and maintain deep, lasting relationships with stakeholders across multiple sectors, continuously identifying new opportunities.
- Secure regular meetings with senior-level clients, ensuring Ted’s value proposition is front and centre.
- Work closely with internal teams to craft tailored proposals that directly align with client needs.
- Stay sharp on developments within Ted Tech, using data-driven insights to tell compelling stories and optimise business growth.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals that resonate with potential clients.
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies to elevate brand presence, boost lead generation, and drive revenue.
- Produce dynamic thought leadership content—posts, articles, and media pieces—to grow our social presence across LinkedIn, industry platforms, and beyond.
- Proactively propose new strategies to elevate Ted’s profile and industry visibility.
About You:
- Significant experience in business development, preferably in field marketing, staffing, or brand experience agencies—experience in these sectors is a must.
- A relationship-building pro, adept at establishing rapport with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts—you know how to drive revenue.
- Highly presentable, with the confidence and professionalism to represent our brand values: knowledgeable, trustworthy, and driven.
- A meticulous organiser with an eye for detail and a passion for process.
- An exceptional communicator, skilled in negotiation and building strong internal and external relationships.
- Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of CRM systems and business development tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with a knack for crafting clear, impactful communications.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive independently and meet ambitious targets.
