About the Role

Our client UTC Travel – a fast-growing, innovative player in the employee benefits and travel space – is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Head of Sales to lead and scale their B2B sales efforts. This hybrid role (Leeds-based office) offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial growth of a disruptive brand transforming how employers reward their teams.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the CEO and offers both strategic and tactical scope – from refining go-to-market strategy to closing major partnerships and growing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and evolve the B2B sales strategy across SME and enterprise segments
  • Manage and grow both inbound and outbound sales teams
  • Build and nurture partnerships with HR leaders, benefit platforms, and industry brokers
  • Own commercial forecasting, performance tracking, and CRM best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success
