About the Venue

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Head of Sales to join our leadership team at Bovingdons Catering - where culinary art meets passion, excellence and creativity.

The Head of Sales will oversee a team of 8, and, working closely with our Directors, Chefs and Logistics teams, create and deliver unforgettable experiences for our clients. Responsible for managing the Event planning team to develop, convert and plan all client event enquiries.

Role Purpose

The Head of Sales will have ultimate responsibility for the sales performance of Bovingdons venues spanning the City, Fulham Palace and South West. They will need to proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business taking initiative to drive business with corporate clients, private celebrations, and large-scale events whilst creating a sustainable pricing strategy across all departments.

The successful Head of Sales will need to have a proven track record as a Head of Events, Head of Planning or senior Sales / Business Development role within a premium event catering or hospitality business. They will need to have knowledge of London’s prominent venues, museums, stately homes and attractions. This is a Senior role for somebody well-established in the marketplace; salary and package will reflect this. Great training and development is available to those who seek it. Our Head of Sales would be based at our HQ in Wimbledon, working from the office 4 days per week.
