• Lead a team of 8 to 10 approx. Would suit a dynamic sales manager who is seeking sales director jobs

Are you seeking sales & marketing director jobs / sales leadership jobs with a business that supplies bespoke solutions to construction, utilities, civil engineering, construction, renewable energy sectors?

Your background:

• We are flexible on sector background. It could be any technical product from engineering, construction, building materials, aggregates, cement, roofing products, lintels, civil engineering, chemicals, waste to energy, water, mining, quarry etc.
• Any experience of construction / building fabric / housebuilding etc. would be beneficial but not essential
• We are looking for a sales director who is passionate and dynamic with a modern approach to using CRM, AI and systems to really drive increased enquiry conversion
• We need a sales director who is conscientious, an excellent coach/mentor and has he ability to really shape a role in a medium sized business (likely to be £20m turnover and 60 headcount sort of size)
• We need someone commutable to Leicester. The team sales team are site based in Leicester. So you will need to be within 40 miles of Leicester so that you can be in with the team coaching and mentoring that team and driving the sales strategy
