We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join the Midlands region.
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective regional sales strategy, managing Business Development Managers & Internal Sales Managers, and ensuring robust and consistent sales processes. You will lead a motivated sales team focused on delivering maximum revenue.
This role requires an experienced sales leader who can demonstrate passion, confidence, credibility, and focus. You should have proven success in managing regional sales teams, influencing senior management, and translating strategic vision into action. Strong analytical skills are essential.
