We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join the Midlands region.
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective regional sales strategy, leading a team of Business Development Managers & Internal Sales Managers. Your goal will be to establish robust and consistent sales processes, allowing a motivated sales team to focus on delivering maximum revenue.
This is an exciting role that requires an experienced and successful sales leader who can demonstrate leading teams with passion, confidence, credibility, and focus.
You will need proven success in managing regional sales teams, experience influencing and building relationships with senior management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate strategic vision into action.
