The Role

As ourHead of SaaS & White Labelling, you'll take full ownership of this product line, overseeing itstechnical implementation, licensing strategy, pricing structure, sales and revenue growth. This is ahigh-impact, equity-based position(transitioning to salaried role upon achieving revenue targets), offering the opportunity to shape a core business area while working closely with ourCTO and CEO.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Leadership:Manage the entire product lifecycle from technical setup to commercialisation

Technical Implementation:Lead the configuration of white label environments ensuring seamless client integration

Licensing & Commercial Strategy:Develop competitive pricing models, subscription tiers and partnership frameworks

Business Development:Identify high-value opportunities, negotiate contracts and secure enterprise partnerships

Go-To-Market Strategy:Create compelling positioning, messaging and sales enablement materials

Collaboration:Work closely with ourCTOon product architecture and ourCEOon business scaling

Client Success:Oversee onboarding, training and ongoing account management to ensure retention and growth

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven SaaS & White Labelling Expert:Extensive experience in developing, implementing or selling white-labelled SaaS solutions

Technical Capability:Hands-on experience with environment setup (AWS, Azure etc.), APIs and system integrations

Commercial Expertise:Demonstrable success in developing pricing strategies, licensing models and revenue generation

Entrepreneurial Mindset:Comfortable with equity-based compensation and excelling in a dynamic, founder-led environment

Leadership Skills:Ability to align technical, commercial and leadership teams towards common objectives
