You will inspire pupils of all abilities with high-quality coaching and help shape a strategic plan for long-term growth, while fostering a safe, inclusive and aspirational training environment.

You will hold a recognised rowing coaching qualification or demonstrate equivalent coaching experience, with a strong background in rowing at a high level.

• Recognised rowing coaching qualification or equivalent coaching experience.
• Experience coaching within an educational setting.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the school's rowing programme across age groups.
• Deliver high-quality coaching across a range of ages and abilities.
• Oversee planning and delivery of training programmes and camps.
• Ensure the management, maintenance and development of the rowing fleet and equipment.
