Promote a strong risk culture and risk ownership at all levels of the organization through training, communication, and engagement initiatives

What you will bring:

Prior experience in a senior Line 1 risk / controls role, ideally within banking or financial services, or within a professional services advisory capacity, coupled with strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks and terminology

Proven ability in standing up business unit risk management processes (e.g. designing and embedding governance, reporting and monitoring mechanisms, controls design and implementation, issue and incident management) and uplifting overall business-unit risk capability via training, guidance and leadership on risk / compliance management

Previous success in delivering transformation / continuous improvement risk and compliance initiatives

Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate and respond to emerging risks

Strong leadership and influence skills, including cross-functional and global collaboration
