Job description

Lutine Bell is seeking an experienced risk professional to join a Group-wide Risk Oversight team, focusing on Change and Transformation Risk. This key role collaborates closely with the Transformation Office and major enterprise-wide programmes to provide independent risk oversight, challenge, and expert guidance on complex, strategic change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain change risk frameworks, policies, and training programs.
  • Build strong relationships across second-line functions and with senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging risks and regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
  • Promote a strong risk culture aligned with Consumer Duty principles.

Attributes & Key Skills:

  • Deep knowledge and experience in large-scale transformation/change risk within financial services.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and challenge constructively.
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
  • Skilled in control design, IT risk, and managing risk appetite metrics.
  • Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, APMP, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
