A financial services provider in London seeks a Head of Risk and Regulatory Compliance to enhance governance and ensure regulatory compliance across the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in risk management and knowledge of UK regulations, working closely with senior stakeholders and regulators. The Head of Risk and Regulatory Compliance will support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Group's risk and compliance frameworks. The role ensures Vitesse Group operates with strong governance, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance across the UK and internationally. This person will embed a culture of risk awareness and regulatory excellence, while acting as a key advisor to senior stakeholders and a trusted partner to regulators.
