Job Overview

Location: London Bridge, UK

Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Fixed Term Contract until February 2026

Join our Expanse programme as a workstream lead responsible for Revenue Cycle including billing, payments, registration, and scheduling. This role ensures the effectiveness of the programme by aligning business needs with the technical EHR system, managing business change, testing, reporting, and supporting the transition to ongoing support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams covering billing, payments, registration, and scheduling.
  • Ensure business requirements are met through discovery, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop change management strategies to maximize adoption within revenue cycle teams.
  • Manage resources and finances, track KPIs, and ensure governance and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Identify and manage risks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate the development of the long-term support model for the new EHR system.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle and Financial functions.
  • Progressive leadership experience.
  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in EHR implementation or healthcare setting is desirable.
