Job Description

This newly created role is responsible for maximizing the Retention team’s performance to increase sales volume and value from existing accounts.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Retention to join our Money20/20 Europe Sales Team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. This strategic leadership position will be instrumental in driving customer retention initiatives, managing relationships, and optimising our retention strategies across the European market.

  • Manage day to day running of Retention team as the direct line manager
  • Work with EVP and VP Sales to develop and implement cohesive account growth strategy and tactics
  • Implement Year 1 customer Retention strategy and tactics
  • Work with the Retention team to develop and implement key account plans
  • Devise, implement and optimise rebooking strategies and tactics
  • Ensure all success metrics are being met, specifically weekly activity and run rates
  • Support team on calls and meetings with clients and provide feedback and coaching
  • Attend competitor shows and events with team
  • Coach and guide team on messaging, objection handling, terrain mapping, inventory knowledge
  • Work with SPEX marketing team on key messages, and marketing campaigns
  • Map and distribute targets, pipeline management, forecasting and activity
  • Work with global sales teams to build best practice - what is working, what isn’t, how can we improve
  • Collaborate with Head of New Business and Head of Enterprise as the senior sales leadership team to maximize results and share best practice
  • Provide weekly reporting to VP sales, Europe
