We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Retail team at Greggs as Head of Retail for the Pennines Region.

Reporting to the Retail Director, this exciting role will lead the profitable growth of the Pennines Region, identifying new sites and opportunities with a focus on delivering the Retail Plan. In return, we offer:

About the role

  • Location within the Pennines region (North West, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, Staffordshire)

  • Grow the business through organic and new shop development

Business Development

  • Lead new shop opening programs and liaise with property teams
  • Develop new channels and expand across all day parts

Brand Responsibility

  • Implement Brand standards and initiatives within the Region

Operational Excellence

  • Improve operations through cross-functional collaboration

Leading the Regional Team

  • Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a culture of leadership

Brand Standard Delivery

  • Ensure standards in service, merchandising, food safety, and H&S are met

Cost Control and Profit Responsibility

  • Manage sales and profit budgets for the Region
