Are you ready to lead the future of stadium hospitality at one of the world's most iconic football clubs? Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a Head of Retail (Food & Beverage) to oversee concourse operations at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Premier League's No.1 stadium. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, high-volume service across 102 retail units, managing 16 direct reports, and up to 800 matchday casual staff.

1. Lead food and beverage operations across all concourse outlets on matchdays and events.
2. Drive commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with Tottenham Hotspur to deliver innovative menus and fan experiences.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and operational standards.
