Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced estate agency Sales Manager to lead our operation in Salisbury, covering parts of Hampshire, Wiltshire, North Dorset and South Somerset.

This role requires someone extremely competent with a comprehensive understanding of the market.

The successful candidate will have at least five years' experience at a similar level in estate agency, coupled with a strong track record.

You'll need to lead from the front and have the hunger to drive the business forward in terms of market share and results.
