Looking to bring your lettings experience to a leadership role? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Lettings to join our established Residential office based in the heart of Mayfair. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and maintain the efficient operation of our lettings and management team. Additionally, you will drive the continued development of Carter Jonas within the community, lead the generation of new business opportunities for the office, expand our client database, and foster the growth of the lettings team in Mayfair. Main tasks:

1. Take on quality property to let and provide advice to prospective landlords
2. Network and establish / develop Carter Jonas presence within the community
3. Generate and develop new lettings instructions, overseeing and delivering creative marketing campaigns
4. Manage our database of Clients and applicants using REAPIT to ensure call dates are set and maintained and that we are in regular contact.
5. Manage the team and support team members to achieve their potential & to ensure objectives are met/exceeded
6. Carry out regular one-to-ones with the team and appraisals
7. Work closely with our London property management and renewal team and provide support where required
8. Oversee the presentation of our office and ensure it is maintained to a high standard
9. Oversee the seeking and vetting of prospective tenants
10. Keep abreast of relevant tenancy legislation and relay to the team
11. Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all clients and tenants
12. Adhere to and follow the Residential Lettings Standard Operating Procedures

What will it take to be successful?

We are seeking someone with a proven track record in Residential Lettings. You will be an excellent team builder who is skilled at maximizing cross-selling opportunities. The Head of Lettings will be a strong negotiator with great interpersonal and communication skills, who has the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software.
