We are actively seeking a head of residential conveyancing to join a boutique firm known for its high-profile and high-net-worth clients being in an affluent area of south Birmingham.
The Head of Conveyancing will oversee and manage the conveyancing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients throughout the property transaction process.
They are a high street firm that has carved out a name for itself with its reputation and the people it has served. As head of residential conveyancing, there is a clear-cut progression to partnership without any other competition. Work under a partner who has been in her position for over 30 years, with a wealth of experience to pass to the right person.The team has already seen a multitude of successes so far this year, handling both high net worth and high-profile caseloads. Another great benefit is that you will have strong support from the paralegal team, so you can focus on more serious matters throughout the day.
They are looking for someone with over 10 years PQE to take charge of the residential conveyancing team. The role would be to manage and train the team, completing complex cases as well as supporting and winning business for the firm. With this, foster a productive and collaborative team to support you.You will need a range of knowledge on conveyancing matters, including complex cases, to ensure client satisfaction is met. Handling any escalated issues for the client.Someone who can be efficient in the development and growth of the team would suit this role, as you will be responsible for recruitment and team progress. Being able to hand-pick your own team is one massive benefit of taking a role with this firm as they want you to have a lot of autonomy.
