Overview: The Research division within Deutsche Bank’s Investment Bank comprises hundreds of analysts, economists, and strategists. The division analyzes economic and financial trends, assesses risks and opportunities, and acts as a consultant for the bank, clients, and stakeholders. Deutsche Bank Research aims to deliver high-quality analysis and foster public debate on economic, fiscal, labor market, and social policy issues.

Qualifications: While research experience is not mandatory, experience in investment banking client middle or front office operations management is highly valued. Candidates should have a successful track record in managing operations teams within fast-paced, client-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global Research operations team daily
• Ensure efficient delivery of services to external clients and internal stakeholders, including research analysts
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and tightening controls
• Manage regulatory and business controls, collaborating with relevant teams
• Implement change initiatives and ensure seamless integration into workflows
• Lead a team of over 50 staff, mainly offshore, fostering ownership, accountability, and high performance, including coaching and mentorship
