Duration: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours - full time
Location(s): Harlow/Glenrothes (Hybrid) - must be willing to travel regularly.
Security Clearance: SC Cleared or ability to obtain clearance.
Travel: Willingness to undertake regular (~10 trips) international travel.
Raytheon UK (RUK) is looking for a Business Development Executive to support our strong position in the air domain capability. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Royal Air Force, preferably within MOD/RAF capability planning or acquisition, or working with the RAF on programmes/projects.
The candidate should have a good understanding of Air concepts and doctrine, defence operations, and complex weapons and sensors requirements of the RAF and global partners.
This role involves engaging with RAF HQ, MSQH, NAD, and other procurement areas to understand upcoming programmes and position Raytheon for large strategic procurements.
Relationship management within the RAF command structure and the ability to build new relationships are crucial. There may also be a need to extend relationship building to other services.
This is a high-profile role within Raytheon, focused on developing the Air market to achieve growth plans.
